Rick has been keeping our 110 year old Steinway baby grand in great shape for years. Recently he voiced it. It absolutely transformed the sound of the instrument. It plays like new. It sounds like new. The tone is warm and rich and completely even throughout entire range. The initial attack of each of the notes is crisp and clear without being harsh. I highly recommend Rick.
